Cape Nelson Lighthouse, Cape Nelson, Victoria
The lighthouse is on the southern tip of Cape Nelson (38°25′51.61″S, 141°32′32.80″E) (Google Maps), between Bridgewater Bay and Nelson Bay, and is Victoria's westernmost lighthouse.
This is a don't-miss destination on any southern coastal Victoria trip. In the immediate area of the lighthouse there are several walks, including The Lighthouse Walk, a portion of the Great South West Walk, and the Sea Cliff Nature Walk. Just a few kilometers or so northeast of the light, along Scenic Drive, is another great spot on the Great South West Walk, before the coastline turns easterly. Access to this walk is at 38°23′47.27″S, 141°33′59.04″E (Google Maps), but you can jump on at any of the trailheads south of that. You'd head down the cliffside and turn south.
